Thanks Boone! I must have missed this message and saw the reply from my Reclaim host support. He caught that error and took care of it.
November 19, 2020 at 11:56 am #8635Sally EversonParticipantReclaim Hosting support said it was a Buddy Press problem that he fixed. It seems to be loading now. I am not active on the site myself so will have to find out from users if any other issues. So far it looks okay to me.
His message to me was:
“Thanks for reaching out. It looks like this error was caused by the Buddypress plugin missing some files, but I manually replaced the files and the site now appears to be loading for me.”
November 19, 2020 at 11:43 am #8634Sally EversonParticipantHi Bree –
I just got this error message now on the site – (maybe you are seeing it):

November 19, 2020 at 11:29 am #8632Sally EversonParticipantThanks – I am trying to find ut from host too what might be the problem.
Any help is appreciated as there is an active project going on right now.
November 19, 2020 at 10:56 am #8630Sally EversonParticipantI just upgraded my site to 1.2.3 as well as the WordPress update – and now my site is down. I get a “There has been a critical error on your website” message. Suggestions for how to get it back up?
August 20, 2020 at 2:13 pm #8479Sally EversonParticipantHI – I also seem to have a problem after the recent updates — where my landing page is not showing the Top Slidedeck or Courses, Projects, Clubs etc. (Screenshot attached)
Otherwise it seems to be working OK as far as I can tell, but the active project using the site hasn’t launched yet so I am not sure…
Any suggestions?

We were restarting that Doc, but Hurricane Dorian delayed our project and so we are don’t at the moment need it. But, I was curious why it wasn’t reported on the activity log. And then, also I would want to be sure students cannot delete Docs but only edit them in the future. I haven’t yet had a chance to figure that out yet – so any tips are appreciated.</p>
September 17, 2019 at 8:53 am #8370Sally EversonParticipantI was happy to see that the Doc copy problem was fixed during the upgrade – but I just logged into my course site (last log in was last week) – and there are no Docs at all and no History — not sure how / why it was deleted. This was an important course doc — any way to recover it? I thought settings did not allow regular student members to delete – only edit? ANy ideas / help is appreciated.
September 4, 2019 at 8:09 pm #8365Sally EversonParticipantThanks for those guidelines-I’ll go in and make those limits to keep it under control.
August 30, 2019 at 8:19 am #8348Sally EversonParticipantOk – sorry I guess I found it in Network Settings – I don’t know why I could not see that before.!!!
August 16, 2019 at 6:19 pm #8320Sally EversonParticipantI still might need guidance on how to add the correct links in that Course Home page …
August 16, 2019 at 4:39 pm #8319Sally EversonParticipantSorry – I didn’t read carefully enough — Those links posted above are from the Course Home bottom part — below are the links on the right side menu:
https://globalx.junkanooingb.com/education/groups/bmcc-ubn-coil/docs/
https://globalx.junkanooingb.com/education/groups/bmcc-ubn-coil/forum/
I see the problem!!
August 16, 2019 at 4:29 pm #8318Sally EversonParticipantThe link is for the course is:
https://globalx.junkanooingb.com/education/groups/bmcc-ubn-coil/
But it is private, so links to those pages are:
https://globalx.junkanooingb.com/groups/bmcc-ubn-coil/docs/
https://globalx.junkanooingb.com/groups/bmcc-ubn-coil/forum/
July 18, 2019 at 10:10 pm #8295Sally EversonParticipantAny update on this problem? I just discovered this myself. Has anyone been using the Docs and found a work around for this issue? We were planning on using it extensively in a course for the Fall instead of google docs — anyone have experience using it? I worry that all those copies (and then the lack of history) will be too confusing and perhaps dangerous. Appreciate any tips on this.
Thanks,
Sally
July 18, 2019 at 10:00 pm #8294Sally EversonParticipantThanks, Bree — I will check out that documentation as well.
