Thanks for looking into it.
July 9, 2014 at 6:34 am #4890JamesParticipantHi Scott,
Thanks for the reply. You would have to join the site to see the problem. Here is the URL: https://earthcointalk.org/activity/
It occurred after the last cbox update. I updated WordPress at the same time. I also had to remove several sub-items from the menu as they were getting lost behind the slider and content body.
I have used firebug and changed the z-index on some elements, but it doesn’t work when adding it to the custom css box in the cbox dashboard. I like the stock cbox theme and wasn’t wanting to set up a child theme for this one problem unless it was absolutely necessary.
Thanks, adding my site to the showcase would be great. It is a mostly stock cbox theme with no child and very little custom CSS. https://earthcointalk.org
January 18, 2013 at 8:21 am #1706JamesParticipantThe latest upgrade fixed my issues with the icons not appearing correctly. Thank you!
One thing you may want to be aware of:
When I upgraded cbox it caused a fatal error in the BuddyPress Media plugin and crashed the site. I had to go into ftp and delete the plugin file from the server to bring the site back up. Not a problem for me as it is a test site, but could cause problems on a live site.

I managed to solve one of my issues but my problem with the icons still remain.
December 19, 2012 at 10:47 pm #1459JamesParticipantThe BuddyPress Media plugin might do what you need.
December 19, 2012 at 6:48 pm #1454JamesParticipantI reset the texture on the background overlay for the ‘below header’ menu and the sub-menu items started showing correctly.

The server is shared hosting Godaddy Linux with php5.3
I am using CBOX version 1.0-beta4.
Here are the errors I’m getting:
