Just a quick update.
I don’t have this issue on my local host running on a Mac.
The issue is on our production server which is Windows-based.
Our web-server master worked with tech support on a similar issue. Here’s that ticket’s thread.
https://github.com/cuny-academic-commons/cbox-theme/issues/101
We didn’t get this ticket resolved on our end though it is marked closed now. Possibly since we were out of the office a few days.
Thanks again,
Dan

Just wanted to update you on what I’ve seen since the last post. I experimented by installing a localhost version of CBOX on my Windows 8 PC. I get the same type of Media loader error as on our production Windows server site.
I also set up a localhost version using MAMP on a Mac and I was able to change the header logo without any error or problem.
So for us this seems to be a Windows installation issue.
Is there anything else I can do to try and narrow this down? Can you update the ticket for this for us?
Thanks in advance.

Wordpress is installed on Apache. We use PhpMyadmin to manage the database.
Thanks for the help.December 14, 2012 at 9:37 am #1383Dan GreenwoodParticipantNo worries Ray.
The file does exist in that folder. The old thing is that the Web Console error has a slightly different path
[13:13:21.166] GET http://blog.clt.odu.edu/oflc_compare/wp-content/themes/Apache2.2.21/htdocs/oflc_compare/wp-content/themes/cbox-theme/engine/ICE/ext/options/upload/media-upload.js?ver=1.0 [HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found 2610ms]
Somehow there is a duplicate “wp-content/themes” and the extra “Apache2.2.21/htdocs” characters there.
Maybe during install we had a problem or there is a setting that isn’t correct.
Thanks again.

Any update on our header/logo/media uploader issue? Should I try a different theme version or maybe try this with the new beta coming out soon.
Thanks for the help.

December 7, 2012 at 4:07 pm #1214Dan GreenwoodParticipantHi Folks-
I’m having a similar problem with changing the header logo image and some of the other settings. We are running WP 3.4, I’ve tried Chrome, FF and IE 9.
I can make some header changes like logo spacing and link colors but can’t get the logo image (which is in the Media Library) to load. Nothing seem to let me select the JPEG file I want and save it.
Thanks in advance for the help. So far thinks have been going fairly well with CBOX. Here’s are link:

December 7, 2012 at 2:58 pm #1213Dan GreenwoodParticipantHi-
We installed CBOX Beta 3 and I think we are seeing this same problem.
When a post is submitted we get a blank screen with “fatal error” in URL. When trying to view the post we get another blank screen.
Would you please let me know which release was scheduled to fix this. And also if there is a network setting we can change to resolve it?
Thanks in advance.
