The classified plugin is from http://premium.wpmudev.org/ and achievements is on WordPress.org.

Cubepoints (on WordPress.org) may be better if you want classifieds because, as far as I remember, you can use cubepoints as credits on the classifieds plugin. I haven’t had the time to explore this

I have to agree with Dave on all accounts.
