Hi Alan,

The grey area you see is the “background” of the slider. Make sure that all your photos are the same size/ratio, then you will not encounter this problem

There should be a “Tools” menu down the left side of the page Charise and as a sub-menu “Forums” (see pic.) If not maybe you could try calling the page directly:.

I’ve managed it successfully a number of times Charise. Once I realised what I was doing wrong it was quite straight forward. What’s the problem?

The update to 1.0.1 seems to have solved the issues with the icons not showing up!
