When the Cbox plugin is deactivated and the component plugins move onto the main plugin menu but remain active the problem disappears. The issue appears to be related to the Cbox plugin as a container.

This is a slightly odd one. The submit button has disappeared from the bottom of the forums. It appears to be related to the CBOX plugins but it is not clear which one, how or why. What I have done:
Eliminated the Cbox theme – I have deactivated it and tried out other themes with the same outcome.

Help & Support 11 years, 11 months agoHi, in the first version of the CBOX theme there was the option under BuddyPress to set default group, user and blog avatars. They have disappeared in the current version. Was really useful. Am I missing something?

There appears to be some conflict with Jetpack. The contact form field descriptors don’t display in the posts. This was on a multisite install where Jetpack was the first plugin installed.
I have also found that the theme drops some of the formatting: the icons in groups and profiles are replaced by numbers and letters, the background drops +…[Read more]

I love the theme but whilst playing I have encountered a few issues
The slider when set to “show featured posts from a category” doesn’t pick up the posts
The first “site features” post does appear in the slider but when clicked on cant be found. I get the following message “Darn it.. Nothing found – Sorry, but nothing matched your search crit…[Read more] -

View this page:
https://commonsinabox.org/documentation/installationAnd scroll down to Step 5. You should see a “Theme” section. In this section, you should see a screenshot of the CBOX default theme with a yellow callout box asking you to install it.
Let me know if you see it or have any questions.
