Thank you! 🙂 🙂
May 28, 2014 at 12:17 pm #4765Helene FinidoriParticipantPing! Any news on this?
April 11, 2014 at 11:39 am #4589Helene FinidoriParticipantHello, I’m bumping this up as I received no response.
I have opened a topic on the plugin support forum with no response either. I tried to make a backup by the ‘normal’ VM backup in general settings, and although I specified an email address, I didn’t receive the backup…
So it seems to be something on our end rather than the Better WP end.
Any idea?
Thanks!

Here is an article I found about Heartbleed and WordPress: http://digitalchild.info/
It seems the answer is not obvious.

February 23, 2014 at 9:03 am #4411Helene FinidoriParticipantHi @mkgold,
Not sure about the question… I am an admin. I have the possibility to edit the comments I post on docs. When I do so the edits don’t appear in the comment that displays on the activity pages (here on this forum for example, when I edit a forum post, it’s the latest one that gets displayed on the activity page of the group).
Whether I’m logged in as an admin or I’m logged out, I still see the older version of the comment.
As a normal user (I just checked) I don’t have the possibility to edit a comment on docs…
So the possibility a member has to do so for x minutes on the forum does not exist on the docs, this had been requested by our members because sometimes you need to get on something a few times to get it right… So having this possibility would be good too. With the final comment appearing on activity.
So I’m basically requesting the same behavior on docs comments than there is on forum posts.
February 22, 2014 at 12:16 pm #4406Helene FinidoriParticipantI looked at the page source of notifications http://commonsabundance.net/members/admin/notifications/
at line 615, there’s a repeat of:
div id=”content” role=”main” class=”column twelve sidebar-left”
div class=”padder”wich is found already on line 575
When I look at the source of a page that works such a friends requests http://commonsabundance.net/members/admin/friends/requests/, I have the same code on line 575, but not the repeat 40 lines later…
Not sure if that’s the problem, and I don’t know where to try and fix that…

February 22, 2014 at 11:40 am #4405Helene FinidoriParticipantTo me it looks more like a bug in the notification template…
February 22, 2014 at 11:31 am #4404Helene FinidoriParticipantAlso @scottvoth, I just realize that the wiki homepage displays all wikipages under the widgets displayed, which is not a problem except it says ahead of the list:
“You are viewing all docs.” instead of “You are viewing all wiki pages”
February 22, 2014 at 9:57 am #4401Helene FinidoriParticipantThanks @scottvoth. This was mentioned in the initial question, so it’s not really a new request :).
Is there a ‘patch’ I could apply on the template for this? because I suppose there won’t be a release of a new update before a while… Though I suspect it may not be easy if the display page takes the wiki homepage as ‘basis’…
February 22, 2014 at 8:56 am #4399Helene FinidoriParticipantHi I have the same issue (empty white space on the left hand side and black background, same screenshot than the one provided by Sam Brown at the beginning of the thread). I get that both from notifications in the members menu of the members page, and when I open notifications from the ‘Howdy’ drop down list at the top right corner.
I just updated to WP 3.8.1 and Cbox 1.0.7. All my plugins are updated. I run the default Cbox theme, and from what I am aware of, no child theme.
February 22, 2014 at 8:43 am #4396Helene FinidoriParticipantThanks @scottvoth,
Indeed, these are displayed via the widgets, that we DO want on the wiki homepage. But that we don’t want on the page that returns the tagged pages…
You don’t have them when you click on a tag from the tag cloud:Â http://commonsabundance.net/wiki/browse/?bpd_tag=food
But you have them when you click on a tag at the bottom of a page, or on a wiki pages list: http://commonsabundance.net/wiki/?bpd_tag=food

February 21, 2014 at 10:38 am #4386Helene FinidoriParticipantHi thanks the update did fix the tag toggle issue. But how do I fix the display of the wiki activity that takes a whole page+ on the top before that actual stuff I’m looking for appear? I don’t want the whole wiki activity to get displayed when I search on a tag…
December 9, 2013 at 3:15 am #4056Helene FinidoriParticipantThanks Scott. I hadn’t seen that one in my plugin list. I deactivated it and times are better.
Thanks Matt. I tried deactivating translate and sharethis, it didn’t change much. The problem was really the fonts that we were not using anyway… I’ll keep in mind server can be optimized too.

November 26, 2013 at 10:50 am #4020Helene FinidoriParticipantThanks Matt, we were talking about the possibility to go with requests a minute ago. Thanks. It would be helpful to keep it open to org and edu.
