    Hello OpenLab team,

Our university seal displays nicely on our OpenLab homepage and group pages (http://unewhavendh.org/), but it is very hard to see on associated sites, where I believe the default layout makes the top of the page dark gray (example associated site: http://unewhavendh.org/the-open-endings/).

Is there a way for me to lighten the color of the band at the top of all associated sites for the page? Or perhaps there’s another solution? A separate logo for display on associated sites would allow me to upload our seal in white instead of blue (which displays nicely on the white background). I can’t tell if this is a change I should make to site templates or the homepage.

    Hi Mary,

It looks like the logo you’re using has a transparent background.  Could you use one with a white background?  You can see an example of a logo with a white background on an associated site on our demo CBOX OpenLab site:

    https://openlabdemo.commonsinabox.org/sample-course/

If that doesn’t work for you, let me know and I’ll revisit another solution.

    Thanks!
