Thanks for reaching out! You’ve come across a bug that we’ll be fixing in our next release, which we’re in the process of scheduling.
In the meantime, as the super admin you can unban the member:
- Go to Network Admin > Groups
- Search for the name of the course and click on the title of the course, to edit.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and you should see a list of banned members.
- In the Group Role dropdown for the banned user, change from “Banned” to “Member” and click “Save Changes” (on the right side of the page, towards the top).
This will reinstate the student as a regular member of the course.
