    Hello OpenLab team,

    I’ve just updated wordpress and all plugins in preparation for the spring semester. All seems fine with sites, our OpenLab home page isn’t displaying “What’s new” or the lists of courses, projects, and portfolios. Any suggestions on troubleshooting steps?

    Hi Mary,

    Happy New Year!

    There was another report of this issue via GitHub (https://github.com/cuny-academic-commons/commons-in-a-box/issues/326). We’re working on addressing it in the upcoming release at the end of the month (exact day TBA, but we’ll post and update on the forum with more details). In the meantime, can you try installing this plugin, which should solve the issues:

    Hi Bree,

    Thanks! I downloaded the plugin and got it activated. It doesn’t seem to have fixed the issue (attaching screenshots). Just sharing in case it’s possible there’s something else going on or another adjustment I could try. Thank you! Mary

    Hello – Try selecting the ‘Legacy’ option from the ‘jQuery Version’ dropdown.
