Two simple questions… recognize answers may be more complicated.

1).  Site email to the admin account goes to my junk folder.  Sure there’s an area established to whitelist thru this but, I’ve not yet found it.  Any known fixes?

2).  Sending Invitations – likely more complicated than (1) above.  On Mac desktop all works well – no issues.  I go to  >My Profile  >My Invitations  >Invitations Received  >Invite New Members and  >Sent Invitations and can send and receive invitations via “Invite New Members” without issue.

Problem on my mobile phone however, is I can only get to >My Profile  >My Invitations.  Period.  Nothing beyond that so, cannot send Invitations from the mobile because cannot access >Invite New Members.  Asking here too for any known fixes?

    Thank you.

    Greg.

    Hi Greg,

Thanks for the report. I can’t reproduce this issue. When I go to My Profile > My Invitations on mobile, I see a link for ‘Invite New Members’ and am able to access that page.

Could you please share details about the phone/OS you’re using, as well as a screenshot of what you see when you go to My Profile > My Invitations on mobile?

    Thanks!

And sorry – forgot to answer the first question!

The issue with the junk folder isn’t a CBOX OpenLab issue. You’ll need to solve this via your email. This thread covers a similar issue, so you may find it helpful: https://commonsinabox.org/groups/openlab-help-support/forum/topic/snags-when-students-create-accounts-in-openlab/

Thanks Bree.  Encouraged you do not have same issue – offers hope!  Attached pic from my iPhone 10 (page 2 of 2).  After some experimenting, believe now this may be related to menu lengths (ugh – beginning to dislike the word menu).  As shown on attached pic, I can duplicate this issue on my desktop screen by narrowing it.  Attached pics from desktop – one with “My Invitations” visible, two others with narrowed screen showing “My Invitations” dropped off.  Any assistance / insight is greatly appreciated.

And thank you too for link to other email issue.  Will check that out asap.

    Hi Greg,

I still can’t reproduce the issue you’re experiencing, whether on mobile or when I narrow my browser window. I’ve attached a screenshot of what you should see.

Can you please let me know what browser you’re using?

    Thanks!

    Bree

    Hi Greg,

I still can’t reproduce the issue, on an iPhone, iPad or when resizing my browser window. But, Ed noticed an issue with the top menu on medium-sized screen widths, so perhaps this is related. I’ve put in a ticket, and will post again once I have more information.

And thanks again to @beckej for the troubleshooting help!
