I tried to make an edit to a reply to this thread a couple weeks ago: https://commonsinabox.org/groups/openlab-help-support/forum/topic/requesting-help-with-help-pages/#post-8740

My comment disappeared, and I get an error message when I try to re-post it.

Screenshot shows that I am listed as the last one to reply, but my reply is not there.

    Thanks!

    Hi Syelle,

Akismet incorrectly marked your post as spam. I’ve just manually approved your last couple of replies.

Ray, I just replied to you on another forum post, and my comment did not show there, either.

I left a new comment, and the new one does show.

Is it possible that the Akismet filter is set to mark all comments with two url links as spam?

    It was here: https://commonsinabox.org/groups/help-support/forum/topic/advice-for-de-network-activating-plugins-2/

Hi Syelle, CBOX actually bypasses the link limit when posting in forums, so that’s not the issue.

The Akismet plugin actually marked your forum post as spam. They use an automated process that sometimes marks legitimate posts as spam. If you do not see your forum post, just keep letting us know so one of the team can approve your post.

I just approved your latest post and replied to it.

Hm. Now the wrong comment is showing, and the corrected comment has vanished.

Is there any way to direct message so we could troubleshoot a bit more easily?

Hi Syelle, I trashed the other comment in that thread because I thought it was a duplicate.

I’ve just reinstated it. Let me know if that is the right one.
