I am relatively new to CBox (and website admin in general), and I have a question about how one might restrict registration on a CBox site. I followed the suggestion on the “Opening Up Registration on Your Site” page and installed bp-rsed. I seemingly activated it correctly because the “Whitelist Email Domains” text box appeared on my Settings page. However, when I place any email domains in the box (be they either of the .edu flavor or more specific to my school) and save, I am taken to a page called “WordPress Failure Notice”. On the screen, I am asked a question, “Are you sure you want to do this?” However, no option to agree is presented.

Any suggestions on how I might proceed? Any guidance would be appreciated.

    Hi Richard –

I just installed the plugin on my test site and it seems to work fine.  Is it possible it is conflicting with one of your other plugins?  Can you try deactivating some non-CBOX plugins and see if that helps?  Also, you might want to turn on your browser’s debugger to see if that turns up any clues.  Does it happen in a different browser?

    Hi Richard,

I cannot duplicate this on both WordPress Multisite and single site.

What versions of WordPress and BuddyPress are you using?
