    Hi

Since the update to CBOX I am having trouble with my Header height.

The CBOX options should allow me to set the height. But they don’t appear to be working properly.

See the screen shot – there is no slider visible, the link to Edit the parameters does not work.

I can’t duplicate this with CBOX 1.0.3.  Did you upgrade to 1.0.3?

Can you try deleting your browser cache?

It looks like the CBOX Options page is not loading the CSS or JS.

Check to see if that is indeed the case by reloading the page with using Chrome’s Web Inspector:
    https://developers.google.com/chrome-developer-tools/docs/network

You should see all the resources that have loaded for the page.  Check to see if you have any errors and post them.

    Hi Ray

    Thanks

    1. Yes I updated to 1.0.3 [sorry that detail not included in OP]. Child Theme remains v 1. [Single site install not multi site]

    2. Browser cache cleared [not deleted] – no change

    3. Viewing Inspector/Network I see a whole lot of resources loaded. They all have status of either 304 not modified or 200 OK.

Are there some resources in particular that you are interested in? There’s a good few .css and .js files loaded with 304 status.

I was thinking of re installing the theme but as that seems to be done by the CBOX plug in rather than manually not sure how to do that.

    Thanks

To reinstall the CBOX Theme, since you’re using it for your child theme, I would recommend switching to another theme for now like Twenty Twelve.

    Next:

    * Navigate to your /wp-content/themes/ directory and either remove or rename the ‘cbox-theme’ directory
    * Go to the WP admin dashboard and navigate to the “Commons In A Box” dashboard page
    * Under the “Theme” section, you should see a link to install the CBOX Theme.  Click on it and it will start downloading and installing the theme.
    * The CBOX Theme should now be activated.

Now, go to the CBOX Theme Options page and see if you still run into any errors.

If you don’t, activate your CBOX child theme and that should be it.

If you still run into problems, did you recently install any plugins that might conflict with the admin area?
