front page only showing menus after upgrading network

    Hello
    we ran into a problem after updating the WP to the latest version and upgrading network. The front page is showing only menus. I’m using cbox child theme See link : http://www.lehnhardt-stiftung.org/charityprojects/

    Hi Jonathan,

    It could be a problem with your homepage widgets.

    Try removing widgets from your “Homepage Top Right” sidebar and reload your homepage.

    Hi Ray,

    Thanks for a very quick reply.

    I have followed the instructions and it is half recovered. Thanks again.

    Now the slider  and Admin bar at  the top is not visible. but Everything works well with the parent theme.

    Hi, Ray,

    My colleague Jonathan is travelling, so I continued to find out the problem. It seems to be settled after I have removed some other widgets and deactivated plugins. Actually I could´nt identify the reason precisely and there still might be a problem with adding a SiteOrigin Editor widget. So I am still experimenting.

    So for the time being please regard the issue as solved.
