Loving cbox, guys. You rock. Thanks for the resource.

Wanted to let you know of a minor issue: the daily digests I receive from this site have duplicate content. See attached schreenshot.

Hi Charise – Thanks for letting us know.  I am going to write up a ticket and let the developers take a look.  Can you send the screenshot again?   I don’t think it came through.  Thanks again.

Yes, I get this as well, on immediate notifications – I thought it may just have been me getting some settings wrong, or my email forwardings etc

Here’s the link to the screenshot: https://www.sugarsync.com/pf/D7626015_729_15497

I’m on an iPad and couldnt figure out how to make the png file small enough to work as a forum attachment.

Thanks Charise and Mark for noting the problem with the Group Email Subscription plugin.

The issue has been noted; when this is fixed, I’ll update this thread to let you know.

I’m still receiving duplicate daily digest notifications which is odd because the BuddyPress Group Email Subscription Plugin was updated recently. Anyone else experiencing this problem?

I am also receiving duplicate emails, but not daily digest emails. I get duplicates every time someone updates a topic.

Hey Charise!  Good to see you here.  I’m having the opposite problem.  We have not been able to get notifications of forum posts to send at all (tried multiple installation, themes, settings, etc.).  Are you in DC still?  Maybe we could meet up and try to trouble shoot this plugin together.

Charise and Eugene, are you getting double notifications on commonsinabox.org only? If so, this site hasn’t been updated yet. Ping @cbox_admin 🙂

Alan, sorry for not replying, I’m just getting caught up to speed with things since the holidays. I will reply to your initial forum thread now.

Alan, Yes, I’m in DC still. Let’s do a cbox meetup. Email me: charise(at)fusedc.org. Wish I had seen your post sooner, but I didn’t receive the email notification for it.

Ray, Thank you. I pinged Boon. Setting up a cbox site now and will post if there are forum issues.

Is it more helpful to you and the other cbox devs for beta testers to use the bleeding edge version of Cbox or the version on the wordpress.org repo? Also, is it more helpful to post bugs in this forum or on github? I assume here, but also happy to post to both if that’s at all helpful.
