I’m not altogether sure that these questions belong on this page, but here goes anyway…

I have used Buddypress Docs on and off for quite a long time, but until I moved over to CBOX they were disabled due to the fact that they didn’t act well with the theme that I was using. After re-activating using the CBOX theme I have following questions:

    i) Once upon a time it was possbile to change the name “Documents” in the menus to whatever you wanted via “Buddypress” on the dashboard. This possibility doesn’t seem to exist anymore, at least I can’t find it, meaning I am now stuck with a title I don’t want. Can anyone here point me in the right direction?

ii) After clearing up the groups I have a lot of docs left over that aren’t assigned to any group at the moment. I would like to use these “left-overs” as Wikis. Sounds easy enough, but it doesn’t appear to work. They do appear on the sidebar widget, but strangely enough not on the same widget on the wiki page (Wiki left and right), which is completely illogical, I would say, and also not in search results. Is there an easy solution for this, or do I perhaps have a cache problem?

Would be grateful for any feedback. Cheers!

I also had bad luck with buddypress docs before loading Cbox. Can’t answer the other questions, though not sure why you assume the “docs” will work as “wikis” as they’re defined as different types of posts in Cbox. Maybe just recreate them AS wikis.

More hoping than assuming hoenera…. I don’t see where they are defined as different types of posts though.I think that the Wiki plugin is an add-on of the Docs plugin

The Wikis are listed under “Docs” on the dashboard, and the “Wiki” widget does list the Docs too, so I’m thinking that they are more or less the same type of post, and it might be easy to list the left-over Docs as Wikis …. but obviously not.

It might boil down to recreating them at the end of the day

Which menu are you referring to? A screenshot would help if you are able to provide one.

Not sure about this. Maybe Boone ( @cbox_admin) can help you here.
