I have recently installed CBOX with the CBOX them. I’m running the site via Siteground. The links to “Upload, Select, Zoom or Trash” the Logo Image under “Options” do not work. When I hover over “Upload” my cursor changes from the arrow to the text placement character and nothing happens on clicking upload. I installed the Twenty Sixteen theme and it works fine; however, I’d prefer to stick with the CBOX them as it will likely work best with the CBOX set. I expect that this is something silly but I could use some help in figuring this out as I am stuck.

    Hi Sean,

I cannot duplicate this on CBOX 1.0.12 and WordPress 4.4.2.

What version of WordPress are you using? Have you tried purging your browser cache to see if it might be an issue with using older javascript?

You might also want to try Christian’s advice here:

    Ray,

Thank you. I am running the same configuration as stated – CBOX 1.0.12 and WP 4.4.2.

I tried clearing browser history and it did not work. Then I tried Christian’s advice and it did not wor.

I’m guessing that I’ve made a junior mistake in my setup. Is there anyway that I have not configured some settings properly that allow edits of the log and other file?

In order to resolve and continue development I’m going to use a different theme. Is there any reason that I should continue to work on moving back to the CBOX theme? Are there any features in the theme that are needed to work with the CBOX package?

The CBOX theme is not necessary for use with CBOX. It’s available as an option for those that want something to use out of the box.

As for why the CBOX theme might not be working for you, there may be a javascript conflict that is preventing the options links from rendering correctly. To see what the problem may be, before loading the CBOX Theme Options page, open your browser’s developer console. Then load the page and see if any errors pop up in the console. If there are any errors, please post a screenshot or a copy of the log.
