    Hey Christian

Two parts – the visual editor isn’t available on the forums or on docs.
Docs won’t let me save 🙁

Will try it now and be back in a minute with error message.

(PS – Reply by email didn’t work for me then :

    Ok standard error message:

There was an error when creating the doc.

Did you want me to check the debug log?

    btw – THANK YOU

@kroboriginal yes please, that’s really the only way of seeing what’s going on.

    Thank you Christian.

I’ve copied the log into a text doc attached.

OK deactivated W3 Total Cache – Does that mean I won’t be able to use that?  I have WP Optimize on my site and WP-Smushit to try and get it to run a wee bit faster.

    Thanks

@kroboriginal thanks for the logs, however I was rather hoping you’d post the specific PHP error that you get when you try and create the doc. The full logs don’t reveal that to me immediately.

Kiki – Replying by email should work now. New, registered users were not being set up correctly with their forum role.

    Thanks Ray.

Thanks Christian – I think I’m going beyond my knowledge base now. 🙂  I only get a generic error, *There was an error when creating the doc.*

It works without W3 Total Cache on.

That’s helpful to know – thanks for tracking the conflict down Kiki. I’ve raised a ticket regarding W3 Total Cache.
