Hi Stephen @stevedtj – It does sounds like you are missing some files someplace.  Is it possible to reintall the theme to see if that fixes things?  I am pinging @r_a_y to see if he has some thoughts on how to fix this.

It sounds like you copied the theme folder over, rather than installing it from the repository, to avoid losing all your settings?

I think if you remove all the widgets from the sitewide sidebar, you have, effectively, deactivated it.  I don’t think there is any other way, other than some custom CSS that would hide its content on certain pages, if you have a very special case that can’t be handled with the Appearance>>Widgets interface page o…[Read more]
