I’m about to get our server cloned to test some things on our community site.

If I uninstall the CBOX plugin, will the plugins managed by CBOX (bbPress, BuddyPress, etc.) automatically disappear?

And if they do, and I reinstall them on their own, will the database remain intact with Profile data and forum posts, etc?

Because of the way we’re using “Site Features” in the front page slider, I’d like to remove them from search results. I know how to do that, but don’t know where Site Features are registered as Custom Post Types. Where can I find that?

We’re using the CBOX theme, and have noticed that viewing the site on mobile phones (we’ve tried iPhone 4/5, and HTC One) renders some extra width on the right hand side outside the main content. You can see what I mean in the attachment (I hope). The image is our site on an iPhone 4 scrolled to the right to show the extra space.

We’re really interested in moving to bbPress 2.4 in order to get nested replies in forums.

Would it better to wait until the CBOX plugin updates to 2.4?

Is it possible for me to simply overwrite the bbPress plugin on my own before CBOX does? Or will I break something?

First question: is the default slider caption supposed to be huge on smaller devices?

I’m creating a custom template for the archive of a specific post category, and want to specify content to display in the sidebar.

I found from where the sidebars are called using the function infinity_base_sidebars() in /engine/includes/sidebars.php.
