You can change this by going to Dashboard > Member Settings > Profile Fields. Or, I believe the URL on your site should be: https://werkgroepen.nl/wp-admin/network/users.php?page=bp-profile-setup
Here, you’ll want to edit the Geboortedatum field. When you do, you will see an option to choose the date range. The default start year is 1959, but you can change this to any year. It should look similar to the attached screenshot.
