The CBOX installation went smoothly and the default CBOX theme is enabled. I would like to use homepage left, middle and right (3 columns) to show texts (available widget). I think I’m following the right steps in the dashboard but the website is not showing those widgets. I also tried other types of widgets and even the slider but I couldn’t make those work either. Please help. Thanks in advance.

    Hi @vivianny –

Here is some documentation on the Homepage and its widgets – https://commonsinabox.org/documentation/cbox-slider

Is it possible you are not using the correct template?  Those widgets are only available when using the “Homepage template.”

    Thanks Scott!

I read that doc about the homepage before. The first paragraph confirms what you are saying about that great layout of the homepage – unfortunately that’s not what what I have on my homepage.

Do you have a more specific documentation about how to set my website to use the CBOX default homepage template?

    Hi @vivianny –

Can you provide a screenshot or share a link?  I just added a text widget to Homepage Left on a test site and it worked fine for me.  What do you have on your homepage?

Yes, the behavior is weird, it should work fine.  Here’s the link http://redecg.net.br/
    Thanks for your help.

    Hi @vivianny –

It looks from the link that your homepage is not using the correct template.  Can you go to that page and select the “Homepage template.”  Then you should be able to use all the homepage widgets.
