My side widgets are suddenly not showing. All is as expected in the back/admin end. Home page, wiki top and side text displaying fine (not using bottom left and right). However the following sidebar widgets are being utilised but no longer displaying:
- member
- blogs
- sitewide
- page
- forums
- activity
In addition my footer widgets have disappeared from all pages bar the homepage.
I am using wordpress 3.8 (but this anomaly is far more recent than that update). I currently have 8 updates showing in my admin bar but 5 listed (presumably the other 3 are integrated in the cbox). In view of my shortcode issue I have avoided change. Consequently I haven’t updated or added anything new in the lead up to this happening and I have tried reloading widgets into the appropriate side bar but without success.
Anyone got any further ideas or suggestions as to what has happened?
