Hi, I appreciate that the unconfirmed and wanguard plugins are not part of CBox but I am struggling to get an answer and as they were recommended on this forum I am hoping that someone may be able to help. Some of my activation emails are being caught in spam and therefore appear in my ‘unconfirmed’ list (not a huge number just a few with mainly hotmail or gmail addresses or email addresses that have been incorrectly input but are easy to see where they have gone wrong and thus correctable under edit user). These same accounts are often flagged up by wanguard as spam, if I then mark them as not spam, they then disappear from my unconfirmed list which prevents me from being able to resend the activation email. Is that intended behaviour? If I leave them marked as spam, I am assuming that it would that affect their activation if they do manage to track down their email in their spam file, so any advice would be great. Thanks for the help.
