I installed WP, BP, CIB multiple on a fresh systems and as soon as I activate the cbox theme I get the following error:

Warning: array_merge(): Argument #2 is not an array in [path]/wp-includes/widgets.php on line 898

Do you have any idea what could be causing this issue? There are no other plugins and no fancy settings, all my WP installs run without any problem.

    Thanks in advance!

    Dirk

This was fixed in this commit on Github. It should be in CBOX 1.0.8. Can you check which version of the theme you have?

If it is 1.0.8, then a fix could be to download the latest development version from Github here:

Ah, my mistake – it was committed after 1.0.8. I’d download the latest version from Github in that case.

    Cheers, Christian

the error is gone, but the “post” button (activity) is gone too. if I change it back to default theme the button is there and it works. Same with IE and FF. Do you have any idea here?

@dirk Could you be a bit more specific? I’m not entirely clear about where you’re missing the button. BTW, is your site multisite or single instance of WordPress?

Hi Christian, it’s a single instance. See the missing post button in the attached screenshot. Thanks!

Those icons don’t look like vanilla CBOX to me – are they from another plugin such as BuddyPress Activity Plus? If so, it might be interfering with the post form in some way. Do you see the post button if you disable the other plugins that modify activity posts?

Hi Christian, thanks for your support. You’re right, it’s the activity stream plus plugin, but I also have the same issue with no other plugins installed (aside from cbox and buddypress).
