    I would like my members to stay logged in when they navigate away from the site. That is to say they remain logged in unless they specifically log out (as per facebook). The problem I am having is if a member receives an email saying for example that someone has accepted their friendship request the link in that email rather incongruously takes them to the registration page despite the fact that only members can receive notification and simply because they are not signed in.
