Slider – a light grey bar has appeared.

    Please see attachment: a light grey bar has appeared at the bottom of the text box in the slider. Any ideas?

    Hi Alan,

    The grey area you see is the “background” of the slider. Make sure that all your photos are the same size/ratio, then you will not encounter this problem

    Yes, please review the documentation on the slider — I’ve seen what you’re
    describing happen when some images are bigger than they should be (635 x
    345) . Here’s a link to the documentation:

    Thanks Matt, I’ve read the documentation on the slider and resized my images and it worked!
