If you click on “send invites” in the left sidebar of this page, you’ll see what I mean: you get a scrollable list of all members of the entire network, and then a message that seems to indicate that you can select from among your friends, but gives you no way of doing so.
Also, the “search” box (with a stray bullet point nearby) appears to be an input that will respond to typing a partial name (“Mike,” for instance) and then hitting return, but hitting return submits the entire page instead. And the auto-complete function of that search box is a good bit too slow for a user to realize that they’re not supposed to hit return.
