Hi. I just installed CBOX on a new subdomain. I did everything the same but the pages activity, members, and groups are empty.

I created one new group. It does not show up under the groups tab but when I view that group’s page it does show that it is linked to groups.

Am I missing a setting or did I do something wrong?

    Thank you.

Hi Simon – I am having a little difficulty understanding the issue.  If you create a new CBOX site – all the activity, members, and groups should be empty. Could you provide a link or screenshot of the group that doesn’t appear in the group tab?  Did you create the group on the front end or the back end of the site?  As an group admin, you should check your group settings to ensure you have activated all group features you want.

If you intend to create a multisite CBOX site – you shouldn’t install CBOX on each domain.  Is that what you are trying to do?  Not sure…

    Hi Scott,

Thanks so much. I just figured out the problem. For some reason my permalinks had a weird addition in the custom box – it included “index.php/post” and the name of those pages was after the slash. I fixed it. Things are looking good now.

I really like your theme although I am committed to my premium theme since it includes a few features that I need. I am trying to make the best of both worlds. I wonder if you guys would consider creating a todo list of top things to modify if not using the CBOX theme.
