Problem with More Privacy Options

I installed CBOX on a WP network that uses subdirectories.

The More Privacy Options plugin is set to “Blog Admins Only.” This works fine for mydomain.com and  mydomain.com/wiki, but if I enter the URLs for the other CBOX menu choices it takes me into the blog.

When I enter mydomain.com/site1 and the URLs for the various menu choices that are associated with it I am taken to the login page, which is what I would expect.

I have tried both Network Settings (i.e. “Blog network can be viewed by registered users of this community only” and “Default: visibility managed per blog”) with the same results.

I am new to this so advise in layman’s terms would be much appreciated.

    Many thanks.

I tried changing the theme (I was using the CBOX theme) . At  the moment I am using Twenty Twelve and More Privacy Options seems to be working as expected? Might there be a compatibility issue between the CBOX theme and MPO?

CBOX has its roots in the CUNY Academic Commons, which in turn was made possible through funding from The City University of New York itself.
