In our CBOX install earbook.eu the registration process is going smooth but: after receiving the final email confirming the registration, the login does´nt work – it says

ACCOUNT PENDING: Your account is currently not active. An administrator needs to activate your account before you can login.

However, there is no open activation showing up , menu Unconfirmed is empty. In the Main Blog >user it is possible to Resend Welcome email , but resending and login again leads to the same result

The settings for user registration are ok.

We have setup the install a while ago and want to prepare a prelaunch now. But of course thsi problem mut be solved beforehand.

Soln: problem is caused from plugin All in One WP Security.
You should have the User Registration Manual Approval disabled.
How:
Plugin installed in network admin – not network activated
In Main Blog → Menu Plugins >All in One WP Security activated
>Settings >User registration >Manually approve New Registrations >enable manual approval → uncheck
