Has anyone found a plugin that can allow members to upload or input a CV/resume? I tried ‘buddypress resume page’ but it adds resume to side bar and brings up the headings (education, work experience, skills etc.) but it won’t allow any adding or editing to details.

You may want to look at http://wordpress.org/plugins/search.php?q=resume&sort=

Thank you for the links, I appreciate (and need!) the help. I want to encorporate it into buddypress so that each member can upload their cv. Unfortunately the plugins (bar the one I can’t get to work) appear to just allow one cv attachment for the site owner/manager.

You can create a New field group called CV/Resume at wp-admin/network/users.php?page=bp-profile-setup and add the fields you require from your users.

Another option is create a CV/Resume group and associate a sub-site to the group and run one of the CV plugins on that site?

    I hope that helps

Thanks again, I will try adding to profile, if you have some time would you mind explaining how I set up a subsite and attach it to a group.

You first need to create a multisite http://codex.wordpress.org/Create_A_Network

You can then go to Group Blog and set up your options wp-admin/network/settings.php?page=bp_groupblog_management_page

There are also Group Blog options in each group you create.
