I and my members have previously been able to create groups without problems. Now when the ‘create a group’ button is pressed you get

    1. add group name and group description then
    2. when you click the ‘create group and continue’ button there are no further instructions or boxes, only ‘back to previous step’ and ‘next step’ buttons.
    3. If Iyou click ‘next step’, you get a white page saying ‘Are you sure you want to do this?’ with a button to go back.

Any one any ideas what may have gone wrong?

    Hi Sam @investa

There are two pathways to creating groups – clicking on the group tab and using the “Create” button found there or hovering over your avatar in the upper right hand corner, and go to Groups>>Create a Group.  Can you let us know which path you are using and if both paths seem broken on your site?

I just tried both pathways on my test site and they seem to work.  The group is actually created on the first page when you click on “Create the Group” button.  The subsequent dialogs serve to set up the group configurations.  Did you check to see if the group has actually been created?

Can you let us know if you installed any plugins, or upgraded WordPress or CBOX when the issue first occurred?  This might provide some clues.  Also, is it happening in all browsers?  Have you tried clearing your cache?  Do you see any javascript errors?

Sorry for all the questions – we just need a little info to go on.  Thanks.
