CBOX theme Options formatting lost

    Hi

    I have just upgraded CBOX from 1.3 beta3 to 1.0.2.  I upgraded the CBOX theme as part of the process and it has dropped all my settings.  That’s not really the problem.  It has lost the formatting on the CBOX theme options page so I can’t reinstate the settings.   All the sliders, selection boxes etc have disappeared.  The background images appear simply as a disconnected vertical list at the bottom of the page.  On the rare occasions it looks as if I may be able to change something, nothing changes.  All that happens is a red box with an X appears with no text.

    I have disabled all the plugins CBOX and all other plugins to no avail.

    Any advice would be very welcome.
