Hi please I need help. When I click on any tab be it start, options, etc.. on my CBOX theme options page I only get a page with 0 at the top left corner of the page. Nothing else agrees to load. Please I need help, because I want to change my logo, favicon and other settings.
Hi Abraham – Can you remember if you installed any new plugins that may have caused the problem, or done any updates? Just wondering if you can help us debug the cause. @r-a-y – do you have any idea what might be going on with Abraham’s site? I seem to vaguely remember an issue in the past where a page with just a “0” was displayed – but I could not find it in the forum.
Thanks.
@scottvoth – Here’s the old thread with the same problem:

@abraham – What version of the CBOX Theme are you running? If you are running v1.0.8, then it could be a plugin conflict. If this is the case, can you try disabling all plugins except CBOX and see if the CBOX Theme Options page pops up again?
If you are not running v1.0.8 of the theme, can you try upgrading the theme? You can do this through the “Commons In A Box” sidebar menu link in the WP admin dashboard.
@Scott Voth actually it is the first time am trying to use it and am only using wordfence and theme-my-login plugins and I didn’t do any upgrade.
@Ray am using version 1.0.8, I will try disabling the plugins to see if that solves the problem. But this problem is just peculiar to Google Chrome and internet explorer browsers, because the options opened well in my firefox browser. I think the problem is that when you click on start, options or any other one it tries to open it in a new tab in chrome and internet explorer while firefox opens it on the same page. So for now am doing the edition on firefox.
@abraham – If it’s working on one browser, but not on the other it could be a cache-related problem as it’s working for me in Chrome and IE.
Try clearing your browser cache in Chrome and IE or forcing a refresh.
You could also try the solutions mentioned here:

Thanks a lot Ray, but I think I tried that on chrome but I will do it again.
I was having similar issues in a mac environment using firefox. Switched to safari and was able to make changes.
