Thanks, John, and great work with your theming of the site. We’re
terrifically excited about the MLA Commons, too, and have worked closely
with the MLA team. The site has pride of place on our Showcase page:

    Keep up the good work!

Hi, I’m really enjoying your software! I never could get the theme to work, so I use Suffusion theme. My website is for a string of 14 tiny towns on highway 96, so it’s at http://the96.org

It’s my first website! Thanks for helping make it happen.

Thanks for submitting, Jon. What happened when you tried to enable the CBOX
    default theme?

    Best,

    Matt

It ruined the display of my calendar (wp fullcalendar). it made it so Sunday (the righthandmost column, as my week begins on Monday) was only one third the width of the other columns. The columns resize automaticslly depending on the screen width, but Sunday was consistantly very narrow. That was the only issue I encountered, but is a dealbreaker. I’ll try the theme again in a later version. Suffusion theme is maintained but not actively developed so it’s days are likely numbered for me.

Okay, Jon. It sounds like you’re committed to wp-fullcalendar, but if you
want to explore other options, I’m running a CBOX install with an embedded
google calendar that you can see here – http://nycdh.org/calendar/ . It’s
definitely not as pretty or full-featured as what I’m seeing on the
wp-fullcalendar demo site, but the trade-off there may be worth it
considering the other site aesthetic improvements you’d get by going with
the CBOX default theme over Suffusion.

In any case, good luck with your work and again, thanks for sharing your
    site.

    Hi folks,

My name is Michael Scott and I’m the founder of non-profit organisation Cause Australia and we’re in the early construction phase of the site but are running very, very quickly.

causeaustralia.com.au is a multifaceted website (incorporating facilities for online fundraising, crowdfunding, auctions and donations plus a whole lot more) as well as providing a community networking platform for Australia’s 600,000+ non-profit organisations that we’ll host via BuddyPress.

We are running with WordPress Multisite and are using BP Multi Network which means that each of the sites in the network (headed by causeinternational.com) have their own separate BuddyPress network, the first of which is located at causeaustralia.com.au (mapped to australia.causeinternational.com via the Domain Mapping plugin).

I’m thrilled to be using CBOX although I am fearful of my newbie-ness in working with all of the theme options and plugins including the 100+ other plugins that we’ll be using beyond those included with CBOX.

I’m very appreciative of what has been done to get CBOX to the point that it’s at now and I’ve also appreciated the help that I’ve been given already by the CBOX support team(s).

Thanks, and best regards … Michael Scott
