I’ve disabled multisite (it was creating an additional error – The Google Maps API server rejected your request. The “sensor” parameter specified in the request must be set to either “true” or “false”) but still no joy with new update/cbox theme options

Apologies for my endless ramblings … In my last post, I have confused my plugins update with my attempts to refresh my cbox theme to a child theme. I have activated version 1.0.5.1 in my plugins but my slides are still as before with square brackets, small text and picture inside a picture and my theme options have moved from delivering a blank page – barring a top left hand 0 to a back end small red cross in a pink box with ok beside it.

Having same trouble as others with missing theme options, but not sure it is entirely a WP upgrade thing. I first noticed the missing theme options on my CBox WP MU before upgrading to WP 3.6.1. (like Sam, “Start” and “Options” from CBOX theme options fail to launch, but instead open new tab with blank page & zero) I then upgraded to 3.6.1 thinking this was the problem. So missing theme options preceded WP upgrade. I’ve now installed the new CBOX plugin with amended functions.php, but problem persists. Cache has been cleared since install, etc. to no avail.

OK, somehow got it going again. I network activated Commons in a Box plugin, which brought up the theme engine page, went through some of the CBOX initialization (i.e. choose which packaged plugins to bring in, and updated the plugin to 1.0.5.1). Then, network deactivated the plugin and theme options now finally all available as before. Thanks folks…

Sadly I am still in the remedial class. I have even tried recreating a multi site to follow Nicholas W’s resolution. I am assuming that as everyone else is up and running it must be something related to my site set up. I have disabled and reactivated the theme and and plugins but no effect. Has anyone anyone got more ideas as to what I could try?

My CBOX Theme Options page still doesn’t work.

    WP 3.7.1

    CBOX 1.0.6

Here’s what I see from my staging server, using either Chrome or Firefox …

Menu > Appearance > CBOX Theme Options

Page is blank except for CBOX logo and theme options buttons (Start, Options, User Docs, Dev Docs).

Clicking any options button opens a new tab showing only the number “0”

    For all pages:

    mysite/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?page=infinity-theme&route=cpanel/start …  (and /options, /docs, /ddocs)

    That’s it.

    Anyone else having problems?

I have the same issue after upgrading to WP 3.7.1 and CBOX 1.0.6

Anyone point me to a fix?
