<p>Officially, our last release on Dec 9th brought us up to WP 4.0 (<a href="https://wordpress.org/plugins/commons-in-a-box/changelog/" rel="nofollow ugc">https://wordpress.org/plugins/commons-in-a-box/changelog/</a>).  But I haven&#8217;t heard of any issues using WP 4.1 and I don&#8217;t see any posts on this forum concerning that upgrade.  Just checking with <a href='https://commonsinabox.org/members/haystack/' rel="nofollow ugc">@haystack</a> to see if he might know of any any issues.</p>

<p>I am pinging <a href='https://commonsinabox.org/members/r-a-y/' rel="nofollow ugc">@r-a-y</a> and <a href='https://commonsinabox.org/members/haystack/' rel="nofollow ugc">@haystack</a> in case they have better suggestions.</p>
<p>I think it would be a good idea to look at the &#8220;BuddyDrive&#8221; or &#8220;BP Group Documents&#8221; plugins if you plan to manage a big list of documents (I am thinking that your minutes documents are Word documents?)</p>
