I network activated Commons in a Box plugin, which brought up the theme engine page, went through some of the CBOX initialization (i.e. choose which packaged plugins to bring in, and updated the plugin to 1.0.5.1). Then, network deactivated the plugin and theme options now finally all available as before. Thanks folks…
