The ‘cbox-theme-1.0.7′ theme directory has been removed and from the front end, I get a blank page with no error statements. I cannot get to the WP Dashboard.

I used step 5 of the installation guide to install the theme, I didn’t manually install it. As you suggested, I removed the ‘cbox-theme-1.0.7’ directory, but now all I get is a blank page with no error statements. Thus, I couldn’t try to follow step 5 again.
