While I understand how to use the widget areas to facilitate this, my problem is I cannot get rid of the “Create New Wiki Page” button and generic list of pages that appear under the WIKI Top Widget area.

Starting to explore. For the life of me I can not see where a user is able to create a group. Permissions seem to be enabled, but there is no “create group” button or anything. Thanks.
