<p>I went through the github changes that Boone suggested to prevent the preferences from resetting on docs that had been edited. However, I think the last change that was made messed something up. <p>All doc preferences are set so that only group members can view, edit, etc. However, whenever everyone edits all of the preferences reset to &#8220;public&#8221; and pull the document out of the group entirely. <p>1. My students wrote blogs posts that automatically update on a blog posts page.</p>
<p>2. Starting today, the top blog post appears as usual, but crammed in the left margin next to it is another post, moving down the page at newspaper column width.</p>
