Just did a install of CIB. Starting to explore. For the life of me I can not see where a user is able to create a group. Permissions seem to be enabled, but there is no “create group” button or anything. Thanks.
Try heading to the groups directory (usually located at domain.com/groups ) and click on the “Create a Group” button.
